Our Community
Robotics is not just about machines – it’s about people who are curious, creative and think together. One of the most important missions of the Hungarian Robotics Association is to connect those who are interested in robotics: whether they are engineers, researchers, educators, entrepreneurs or enthusiastic amateurs.
We believe that sharing knowledge makes us all stronger. That’s why we created and support platforms where professional dialogue and experience sharing happen every day.

Why is community building important?
In Hungary, robotics is a dynamically developing field, but knowledge and experiences often accumulate in isolated “knowledge islands”. The goal of our community platforms is to make this information accessible to everyone.
What our community offers:
- Knowledge sharing – Making industry experience and academic research results accessible in an understandable way, so everyone can benefit.
- Networking – Building connections between professionals, researchers and enthusiasts working in different areas of robotics.
- Mentoring – Experienced professionals help newcomers and those interested in taking their first steps.
- Collaboration – Joint projects, hackathons and experiments to strengthen the Hungarian robotics ecosystem.
How can you participate?

Community Guidelines
We believe it’s important that our community spaces are open, inclusive and constructive. A few principles:
- Respect – We respect each other’s opinions and experiences, even when we disagree.
- Helpfulness – If you can help, do so. If you have a question, don’t hesitate to ask.
- Genuine content – Without spam, fake news or commercial self-promotion, in the interest of the community.
- Openness – Everyone is welcome, whether professional or beginner, young or experienced.
The future of robotics is a shared cause – and it’s best shaped together. We look forward to seeing you in the community!
