In connection with the founding of the Hungarian Robotics Association, President Máté Benyovszky was a guest on Spirit FM radio’s „MI és Más" programme, hosted by György Márton.
What did we discuss?
In keeping with the programme’s traditions, the conversation began with artificial intelligence in general, then moved on to the intersection of AI and robotics and the transformation that follows:
- The intertwining of artificial intelligence and robotics
- AI–robotics will bring inevitable transformation, but there is still time to prepare
- The current limitations of robots – for example, taking out the rubbish is not a simple task for them either
- The goals of the Hungarian Robotics Association and the mission of accessible robotics
Robot challenge
The conversation included a vivid example: let the robot be able to take out the rubbish! As readers could also learn in RoboHorizon magazine, this everyday task remains a serious challenge for today’s robots – but it also shows the development directions that lie ahead for the field.
The full conversation is available on YouTube and Spotify.
